Her work centers on facilitating multigenerational conversations, translating values into lived agreements, and guiding families through the emotional, relational, and behavioral dynamics that accompany wealth, leadership, and continuity. With more than 25 years in corporate leadership, including executive management of $100M+ businesses and teams of 300+ employees, Teresa brings both operational discipline and behavioral insight to families seeking long-term harmony and alignment.Teresa is married to her husband, Mark, and is the proud mother of three children, Addison, Barrett, and Olivia, all of whom attend Oklahoma State University.
