Madison Chaney serves as President of Legacy & Succession and represents the firm’s third-generation leadership. In this role, she leads exit planning, philanthropy strategy, and firm operations, bringing clarity and purpose to business transitions while aligning enterprise strategy with family governance and shared values. Madison is known for her ability to guide owners and families through pivotal moments with an emphasis on preserving relationships, strengthening leadership continuity, and ensuring decisions are rooted in long-term stewardship. Her approach reflects a deep commitment to values-driven governance and community-based leadership, supported by active involvement with the Oklahoma Exit Planning Society, the Central Oklahoma Financial Planning Association, the Oklahoma Estate Planning Council, and the Oklahoma Municipal Contractors Association.

Madison is married to Kasey. Outside of work, she enjoys lake weekends, camping, and fishing, and is a passionate supporter of Oklahoma State Women’s Basketball. Family-oriented and eager to explore new places, Madison values meaningful experiences with loved ones and brings the same intentionality and balance to her personal life that define her professional leadership.
